Thank you for your interest in our apartments. To ensure a smooth and transparent rental process, we have established the following rules and guidelines:

  1. Season Period: The peak season for our rentals is defined as the period from June 1st to August 31st. Any bookings during this period will be considered high season rentals.
  2. Off-season: The remainder of the year, outside of a specific season, is considered the off-season. Please note that rates and availability may vary during this time.
  3. Longer rental period: For those interested in renting our accommodation for a longer period, we are open to negotiations. A longer rental period may be available at a lower price. Please contact us directly to discuss the details and duration of your stay.
  4. Deposit required: To secure your booking, we ask for a deposit of €50. This deposit is necessary to confirm and maintain your booking.
  5. Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be canceled free of charge no later than 30 (thirty) days before the planned start of the stay. In such cases, the deposit will be fully refunded. If the reservation is canceled after this period, the deposit will not be refunded
